I’ve been writing for RR which asks for long form stories as long form stories are primarily what does well, however it is short form stories that let you develop the fastest as a writer. What do I mean by this? A short form story takes less time to write than a long form story meaning you can write more complete stories faster meaning you go through the steps of producing a story more often. This means you practice writing a story more.

By doing this practice, one ends up becoming better at writing stories. So, how do I balance this short vs long form story writing? For now, I’ve been considering dual wielding stories. Essentially, I run a short story every month and put it into an anthology while running my weekly chapters on my main fiction. I plan to continue this for two to three months and then share my thoughts on how it went. My first short story has already been planned and I’ve started building up the backlog for my main story. Things are looking up.

Hopefully, I can complete enough chapters to make the patreon worth it. Hopefully.
