I’ve been hitting the gym 6 days a week.

Sunday is my rest day. Then I rotate through Upper+Cardio, Core+Flexbility/Balance, Lower

So. What are the gains?

I have doubled my PB for bench press.

My squat has gone up by a lot.

I can now do 15 pushups with good form.

I can do two full pullups from not being able to do any.

I’m not seeing these gains slow yet so we keep pushing.
